What Noraforge supplies by garment category, and how compliance documentation is handled for EU and North American markets.
Do you provide OEKO-TEX, REACH, and CPSIA documentation?
Yes. Test documentation for OEKO-TEX Standard 100, REACH substance restrictions, and CPSIA is supplied with orders. Hardware is nickel-free, lead-safe, and phthalate-controlled. Specify the destination market at quotation, because EU and North American requirements differ in both thresholds and required test methods.
Do you have experience with babywear and children's hardware?
Yes. Noraforge supplies hardware for baby products and children's apparel, categories where CPSIA compliance, nickel-free material, and attachment security are mandatory rather than optional. Snap fasteners, studs, and rivets in these categories are specified with pull-test verification alongside the standard chemical compliance set.
What hardware do you supply for denim brands?
Jean buttons (tack buttons), rivets and burrs, shank buttons, and branded zipper pulls. Denim hardware is specified around the finished garment wash, because the finish must survive enzyme, stone, or bleach processing without shifting color or losing plating. Confirm the wash recipe at quotation so the finish is validated against it.
What hardware do you supply for outerwear and technical apparel?
Snap fasteners, custom zipper pulls, cord ends and toggles, eyelets, buckles, and adjuster hardware. Outerwear hardware is selected for corrosion resistance and cold-weather handling. Pull geometry that can be operated while wearing gloves is a common requirement on technical shells.
Can you supply hardware for bags and leather goods?
Yes. Buckles, strap adjusters, D-rings, rivets, eyelets, magnetic snaps, and metal logo badges. Bag hardware carries higher structural load than apparel trim, so material selection shifts toward brass and stainless steel where strap tension and repeated cycling are involved.
